Best Practices: getting new team members up to speed
Attend this workshop to learn how to get new team members quickly familiar with ADP products

Managing your activities with the Action List
Need to set-up a workflow, find a previous transaction or trackdown an error? The Performance Pack Action List is the first place you should start. This session will provide you with an overview of the action list and tips & tricks on how to best use the tool in your day-to-day activities.
User Profile: New to intermediate users


ADP Reporting 101
In this session you will gain a better understanding of all your reporting options so you get the most from your ADP solution. We will provide an overview of the payroll reports that are available to you, either included with your service or optional reports you may be able to leverage. In addition, you will learn about other reporting options such as electronic delivery of reports, electronic report archiving, report creation services and Ad-hoc reporting capabilities.
User Profile: If you are a relatively new ADP client and want to understand the basics of reporting options you have, this session is for you.

Improved Client Import Utility
Importing is an effective way of completing mass changes quickly and accurately. The new import tool makes it faster and easier to complete. Learn about the new dashboard, template manager and the import queue. This session concentrates on the basics and will touch on more advanced features in the last 15 minutes only.
User Profile: For those clients who have an intermediate to advance level of understanding of the @ work suite.

Learn how to complete salary plans, benefit statements and more with people@work

Meet your organization’s reporting needs with Report Writer
In this session you will learn how to create reports that meet your specific organization's needs. We will provide an overview of ReportWriter, our Ad-hoc reporting tool, where you will learn about it's capabilities. In addition, you will learn about which data sources are available, how to use filters and formulas to make your reports even more relevant. If you are interested in a more in-depth learning of ReportWriter, please consider this year's new 1/2 day ReportWriter training session being offered on Tuesday and Friday (Note: space is limited).
User Profile: If you have never used Report Writer or consider yourself a beginner, this session will set the foundation and share key tips you need to know.

Preparing effectively for Year End begins on January 1. In other words, it is a year-round process. Join us to learn:

  • proactive strategies to manage activities for a successful and stress-free Year End
  • how to ensure accuracy
  • the support tools, resources and services that are available to you throughout the year

Learn how to set-up and manage absence plans that work for all members of your employee population in people@work

Reduce labour costs with ezLaborManager, ADP’s time and attendance tool
Learn how to drive down labour costs and avoid errors by automating your time and attendance processes. ezLaborManager is easy to set up, learn and use. This session will discuss:

  1. Time Collection - see how flexible entry of time worked and paid time off can enable you to accommodate hourly, salaried and mobile workers with one system.
  2. Time and attendance - discover how to automatically calculate hours based on specific work rules

Struggling with all of the rules and challenges surrounding electronic ROEs? In this session we will focus on: troubleshooting common challenges surrounding the submission of ROEs, rules relating to the retention and clearing of the information, how to best use your reports to avoid any issues and other tips and tricks that will make this task much easier.
User Profile: All payroll product users who file ROEs electronically.


Data security in Performance Pack
Learn what security options are available to you and how to apply them to Performance Pack users
User Profile: Introductory session with some advanced elements on Performance Pack security.


Self Service roll out and employee engagement round table
In this session you will hear from peers and experts on the activities and challenges related to rolling out Self Service features to employees. We will discuss the activities related to rolling out Self Service, facilitate thought provoking discussions on challenges faced and learn what peers & experts suggest in helping overcome those challenges.
User Profile: If you are considering rolling out Employee Self Service features or have done so with limited employee engagement, this session is for you.

Take an in-depth look into the key features and benefits of ezLaborManager and how they can benefit you. In this session we will review the new feature functionality and enhancements introduced in v18.10, including scheduling and reporting as well as the Request time off feature and functionality
